## Spam tokens — GET `/v1/tokens/spam`

Tokens the indexer flags as spam, left out of every list, and the latest flag changes.

| `changes[]` | object | {token, spam, spamReason, previousReason, changedAt}: flags set, changed or cleared |
| `available` | boolean | false: no spam flags on this layer yet, nothing hidden |
