KOL moves

Elysium: The latest Elysium swaps and transfers of the named wallets, with who moved.
HyperCore: The latest fills of the named wallets, newest first, with who traded.
HyperEVM: The latest HyperEVM swaps and transfers of the named wallets, with who moved.

`scope`	object	What an EVM read covered, per kind: from which block / time to the indexed head. windowSec 30 days through an address index (indexed: true), else 24 h of blocks at most (HyperEVM until its trader / sender / recipient indexes exist).: {toBlock, to, swaps, transfers} (Elysium, HyperEVM)
`rows[].spam`	boolean	EVM: a token of the move is flagged spam (tokens.spam); only with includeSpam=true / include_spam: true (Elysium, HyperEVM)
`spamHidden`	int	EVM layers: moves of spam tokens left out of this page (Elysium, HyperEVM)
`next_cursor`	string \| null	Opaque cursor of the next page: pass it as `cursor`, unchanged. null on the last page
