Parameters

`include_spam`	filter	`(empty)`, `true`	true: also the rows of spam tokens (flagged `spam`), left out by default
`dex`	filter	(optional)	Protocol, e.g. hyperswap_v3
`token`	filter	(optional)	Token on either side: 0x address

`new_token_only`	filter	`(empty)`, `true`	true: pools with a side created at most 60 min before it only
